As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout a dynamic retail and mall location. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and along its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual circumstances. Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain authorized entry to the location. Support Allied Universal management and local law enforcement in responding to emergencies or incidents at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
