As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support operations by observing activity, documenting concerns, and communicating clearly with site personnel and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures, including access control and visitor processing. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor alarms, CCTV, and other systems when assigned, and report irregular activity, hazards, and maintenance issues according to post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching appropriate notifications and assisting with emergency response activities as directed. Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and on time, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
