As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, communicate clearly, and use a computer or tablet to document activities. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter doors to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee traffic for security-related concerns, reporting suspicious or unusual activity per site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing clear directions to staff, customers, and/or responding authorities. Complete required reports and logs, document security-related incidents and observations, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be able to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
