Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a government location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist with access control and visitor interactions as needed. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors at a government location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or potential hazards. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site representatives and/or public responders when appropriate. Control access to designated areas by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or authorization, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries per site policy. Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and/or patrol documentation, and communicate observations and status updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: X-Ray Screening Experience is preferred. Guard Card and/or License is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Access Control and/or Badge Experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
