Responsibilities:
As a Security Guard with Fortel, you will:
- Patrol and safeguard the premises, maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
- Monitor security systems including CCTV and alarms, quickly addressing any issues.
- Respond promptly to disturbances, investigate incidents, and maintain a calm presence during emergencies.
- Assist and support customers, employees, and visitors, providing a reassuring and professional service.
- Report and document all incidents, accidents, or unusual activities, ensuring clear and detailed communication with the team and authorities.
