EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in security preferred but not essential – full training provided.
• Familiarity with CCTV and security systems desirable.
• First Aid certification is a plus; willingness to undergo training required.
• Strong observational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across different sites and shifts.

As a Security Guard with Fortel, you will:

• Patrol and monitor designated areas to ensure safety and security.
• Operate and oversee CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance systems.
• Respond quickly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, maintaining a calm presence under pressure.
• Implement loss prevention measures to protect property and assets.
• Assist employees, clients, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service.
• Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks or hazards.
