JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
• Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents clearly.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to potential security issues.

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals on the property.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or provide information.
• Conduct security checks of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly.
