Job Description:

As a security guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting regular security patrols, monitoring security cameras, and performing access control. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting security patrols to monitor the premises and ensure that all security protocols are being followed.
• Monitoring security cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Performing access control, including checking identification and monitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access.
• Responding quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches.
• Completing detailed reports of all security activities and incidents, including any incidents that may require further investigation or legal action.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding to requests and inquiries from clients and visitors.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, including during interactions with clients, visitors, and members of the public.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A valid security guard license (we provide training if not licensed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The physical ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues.
