Are you an experienced Security Guard? Apply today to join the LeachGarner team! As Security Guard you will have the opportunity to rotate across various positions throughout our manufacturing facility including monitor X-Ray equipment and CCTV, inspect bags, wand outgoing employees and visitors. You will be a valued member of a dedicated team responsible for the security of the facility and its employees from inside and outside theft and threats of violence. Responsibilities include: * Check in all employees and visitors * Ensure compliance with PPE protocols * Ensure completion of required forms, visitor log, etc. * Process and identify any prohibited items on persons or in belongings * Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards * Monitor CCTV, X-Ray machines, and use hand scanners * Verify identity of all vehicles and occupants attempting to enter gates * Enforce Security Policies 2nd shift, Hours are 3:00 pm - 1:30 am $19.00 + shift differential Requirements include: * Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Security Guard * Proficient operating security equipment including CCTV, X-Ray machines, and hand scanners * Superior integrity in all situations * Experienced in identifying physical and interpersonal threats * High level of attention to detail * Ability to speak, read and effectively communicate in English, Multilingual a plus * High school diploma or GED * Able to obtain First Aid, CPR and AED certification (through company provided training) * Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus * Must be able to stand, walk both inside and outside for long periods, walk up and down stairs, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, standing, and occasional lifting of materials.
