Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Security Guard who possesses strong administrative and camp management skills. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises while also handling administrative tasks and overseeing camp operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in security or administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a security guard, administrative assistant, or camp boss.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Security Duties:
  • Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain daily logs and report any incidents or suspicious activities.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Camp Boss Duties:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
  • Manage camp staff and coordinate their activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents.
