You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a high-visibility presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with service disruptions, passenger concerns, and reporting issues to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access points, observe passenger flow, and verify authorized entry to restricted areas in accordance with post orders and site requirements. Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs, document observations, and communicate updates to site leadership, Allied Universal supervision, and/or public agency personnel as required. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
