As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic technology, media, and telecom environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal standards. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual activities according to site-specific protocols. Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and access as needed, maintaining a customer-focused approach. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas. Collaborate with site staff and local law enforcement as directed in response to incidents or emergencies. Minimum Requirements: Being at least 21 years of age is required. CPR certification is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
