Job Description As a Security Guard - Resort Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any concerns or situations that arise. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $26.79 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the property. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including guest areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to observe for any unusual activity, reporting concerns according to established protocols. Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, observations, and incidents for review by management and/or law enforcement as needed. Communicate clearly with hotel and resort staff, guests, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related concerns or incidents. Support the enforcement of property rules and regulations to help to deter policy violations and/or disruptive behavior.
