Job Summary: The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of hotel premises, guests, staff, and visitors. This includes regular patrols, responding to alarms or disturbances, enforcing safety regulations, and providing assistance when needed. Compensation: $17.50 hourly Key Responsibilities: * Patrol and monitor hotel premises regularly to maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors. * Protect hotel property and assets by maintaining a visible and vigilant presence in all public and private areas. * Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly and professionally. * Enforce hotel rules and regulations, ensuring guests, staff, and visitors comply with safety and security standards. * Provide assistance to guests, employees, and visitors to maintain a secure and pleasant environment. * Conduct security inspections and checks of entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to ensure all safety protocols are followed. * Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activity, and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.   Requirements: * Proven work experience as a Security Guard or in a relevant security-related role. * Must have a valid guard card. * Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. * Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and security protocols. * Ability to detect security risks or hazards and respond appropriately.
