Job Objective To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security guards across all facilities, ensuring full coverage, adherence to security protocols, and prompt response to incidents to protect personnel, assets, and operations of the manufacturing site. Environment Internal: Supervising security activities across all shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays). High-alert operational environment requires strong attention to detail. Direct interaction with all departments (Production, HR, Engineering, HSE, Administration). Involvement in emergency drills, safety coordination, and incident investigations External: Interaction with outsourced security companies. Coordination with law enforcement, emergency services, and service providers. Supervising vendor access, contractors, and visitors compliance with security rules. Key responsibility Team Supervision Supervise the security guards across shifts to ensure proper attendance, discipline, and performance. Prepare and manage duty rosters to maintain 24/7 coverage of all critical areas. Conduct daily briefings and communicate instructions from the Security Manager. Operational Oversight Ensure all guards are correctly positioned at posts including gates, entrances, and patrol areas. Perform regular patrols and site inspections to verify that guards are alert and performing their duties. Support the coordination of emergency responses including evacuation, fire, or medical incidents. Access Control and Surveillance Monitor entry and exit logs of personnel, vehicles, and visitors. Ensure compliance with visitor management procedures. Verify that guards are properly conducting ID checks, vehicle searches, and access authorizations. Incident Reporting Respond to on-site incidents or breaches and report findings to the Security Manager. Collect statements from guards and witnesses and maintain incident logs. Support investigations of theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Training and Evaluation Assist in onboarding new security personnel and provide on-the-job training. Ensure all guards are familiar with site security SOPs, emergency procedures, and conduct protocols. Report any misconduct, negligence, or repeated violations by security personnel. Communication and Liaison Act as the first point of contact for guard-related issues at all facilities. Liaise with the CCTV Control Room to verify incidents or suspicious activity. Coordinate with the HR and Admin teams when needed for conflict resolution or employee access issues. Academic experience required Diploma degree required (military or police background preferred), bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Basic security training, including first aid and fire safety, is preferred. Professional Experience Required +5 years in industrial – corporate or factories security; at least 3 year in a supervisory role. Computing Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Personal Skills Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with security KPIs and SOPs. High attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Physical fitness and ability to remain alert across long shifts. Integrity, discipline, and a professional demeanor. Languages Arabic English proficiency is preferred .
