Working closely with the other Security Guards and reporting to the Operations Manager in order to ensure that the students, faculty, staff and visitors are safe and secure on the school’s premises.

• First point of contact for visitors, students, parents, contractors;
• Provides a timely and courteous concierge service to all stakeholders;
• Adheres to all security procedures and protocols;
• Performs regular patrols, monitors CCTV, is able to execute static and in motion tasks for long periods of time in inclement weather;
• Performs school crossover duties including the Crossing Patrol duty with a lollipop and fully equipped in accordance with the required training and protocol;
• Reports any suspicious behaviour/activity observed to the Operations Manager and be pro-actively involved in all daily duties;
• Reports any incidents/accidents or near misses using the correct channels, updates the log sheets accordingly with all necessary details and activities undertaken; and
• Handles deliveries according to protocols in place.
