RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver exceptional service to clients, customers, and the public * Perform assigned duties as directed by supervisors or client representatives * Monitor, inspect, and maintain safety and security of facilities * Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies consistently * Respond promptly to incidents, gather relevant information, and complete detailed reports * Contact emergency services in high-risk or critical situations QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have 3 years of security experience (required) * Valid BSIS Guard Card (required) * Valid California Driver’s License * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Must be available for All Shifts (hours discussed during interview) * Must be Bilingual Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions) * Valid California Driver’s License * Valid Guard Card Job Types: Full-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift License/Certification: * Guard Card (Required) * CA Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * San Diego,CA (Required) Experience: * Security: 2 years (Required)
