It is responsible for maintaining surveillance in the parking lots and the Hotel, in addition, the security guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and associates.

• Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures and brand standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, promotions and events.
• Ensure the safety of customers and hotel staff.
• Report any irregularity or suspicious activity to the security supervisor or “Surveillance” manager.
• Keep track of radios and keys.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Perform their tasks as assigned and required.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the information provided.
• Notify appropriate personnel in case of emergencies.
• Notify the supervisor/manager of defective or malfunctioning equipment.
• Comply with the “lost & found” procedure.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Use the protocol for the use and management of communication radios.
• Attend assigned meetings and trainings.
