Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Unarmed Security Rover with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an openings at our Monroe, NJ location. Schedule: Open The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit Conduct regular walk-throughs and tours of the building and scan pre-determined points as directed by management Notifying supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards. Inspecting the building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues Maintaining a high visibility presence to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Carefully preparing reports as required for site. Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Assisting management with any request for residents in the building Resolving complaints from residents/guests as necessary Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management. Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable. Requirements Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time and conduct foot patrol and fix post Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. Must pass comprehensive background check Ability to work weekend and non-traditional holidays
