What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site. Observe and report any unusual activity and/or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas through visible presence and patrols. Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
