What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a welcoming environment at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Work collaboratively with location staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters as needed. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
