JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing and visually maintaining a safe and secure env environment for our clients, residents, and visitors.
ideal candidate will have current state background check or ability to obtain the background check from applicable entity.
Also personal CCW is ideal

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years preferable, 1 year for a mature and responsible candidate.
  • Ability to work 11 hour shifts.
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Roving patrol rounds in your vehicle at the job site.
  • Stores, fast food and restaurants nearby.

    Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises through regular roving patrols.
  • Perform 2 walkthroughs of small office at beginning and end of shift, but periodically in summer this will include a connected pool area walk up and visually inspect that no children are alone in pool area.
  • You will be stationed at the site/premises for the entirety of the shift In your vehicle Including site has bathroom accessibility in office.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
  • Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of any reported incidents or suspicious activities.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement when required and assist in loss prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Provide conflict management support in situations that may escalate.
  • Personal CCW ideally
