Job title: Security Head Central & South Europe

• Location: Budapest, Hungary
• Hybrid Work - 60% office based, 40% remote.

• Winning senior management support and establishment of a security culture in the MCO by constantly advertising for security best practices.
• Constant monitoring and reporting of the local security situation and identification of potential security risks for the affiliate (its employees, assets, operations, information).
• Based on the risk assessment, taking action to mitigate security risks for Sanofi.
• Reporting incidents, outlining security response measures, and effectively managing cases.
• Leading one full-time Country Security Manager in another country organization. Building up, training, and maintaining a network of security correspondents within the company, who support the security function in the company country organizations and sites.
• Maintaining an active network with other functions within the company and with relevant authorities and associations.
• Developing and giving security trainings for different target groups on all levels of the MCO.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for law enforcement in case of security incidents.
• The position requires a high flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis.
