We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and multi-tasking Security Officer who can ensure the safety and security of our guests and property while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should be strict in enforcing policies while also being understanding and guest-oriented. Additionally, the role includes assisting in simple maintenance tasks and ensuring a peaceful environment by preventing noise disturbances after 11 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Security Officer in hospitality, real estate, or a similar industry.
  • Ability to multi-task, handling both security duties and guest service requests.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including FEWA readings, maintenance checks, and guest assistance.
  • Familiarity with CCTV operations, access control systems, and emergency response protocols.
  • Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly to incidents.
  • Flexible schedule, including working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strict but understanding approach to enforcing policies, especially in ensuring noise control after 11 PM.
  • Kind and service-oriented attitude to provide the best experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor entry and exit points, allowing only authorized guests and personnel.
  • Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
  • Keep a close watch on CCTV surveillance and report any suspicious activity.
  • Respond swiftly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, ensuring proper reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports.
  • Enforce noise control policies and ensure that parties do not cause disturbances after 11 PM.
