We’re looking for someone to help manage our security key systems—both mechanical and electromechanical—across operational sites. You’ll be the go-to person for first-line support, ensuring smooth access for colleagues and service partners. Alongside this, you’ll provide admin support for our access control systems and key projects, playing a vital role in keeping our sites secure and running efficiently.

WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within the utility sector or a regulated environment.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and thorough in approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels and functions.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Skilled in managing deadlines and targets, with strong prioritisation abilities.
• Effective decision-maker, capable of anticipating issues and identifying practical solutions.
• Holds a valid driving licence.
