Requirements Security will be directly responsible for overseeing the safety of the independent Living Community. Everyother Sunday 7:30am-3:30pm Additional $2.50 an hour for weekend differential Greet All Visitors, check in overnight guests, answer the telephone, and provide information as requested. Sort and deliver packages and/or internal mail Respond to all emergencies and record an incident report. Communicate and document any necessary information as needed for oncoming shift. Complete minor maintenance requests or input requests into computer Hourly Building Rounds, including clearing snow from main door entryways. Qualifications: • Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude. • Physical ability to walk, do stairs and perform light lifting. • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.
