The Lenox Hotel Security Agent, part-time, overnight A warm smile says welcome home. We’re seeking a part-time, overnight Security Agent to join the team. Our security team work as ambassadors to the hotel, creating a welcoming, safe environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide a warm greeting to all who enter our lobby and restaurants. * Assist with questions on hotel amenities, including our three restaurants. * Ensure the interior and exterior of the building is secure. Perform periodic tours * Deescalate any security issues that may arise in a safe, respectful manner. * Assist restaurant security with occupancy management and checking IDs. * Deliver items to guest rooms, including room service orders during the overnight * Assist with valet requests * Report any security matters timely and accurately. Requirements: * Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Multilingual a plus * A guest-focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public * Ability to work overnight hours, specifically Fridays and Saturdays * Prior security experience, specifically in a hotel is preferred * Ability to lift 50lbs.
