The Role Security management profiles and the Key responsibilities include: • Change management: Registering requests in management tools, planning their implementation, negotiating maintenance windows, and ensuring functional and security testing. • Impact analysis: Identifying affected configuration items and resolving conflicts before submitting the change to committees. • Communication: Keeping business areas informed before, during, and after changes. These tasks are typical of roles that combine technical management with operational coordination in security environments. Change and risk management Technical and operational coordination Security monitoring of systems and services After-hours incident response Communication with stakeholders and technical committees Who You Are Required Skills (mandatory): At least 3 years of experience in: - Technical Security Skills • Identity management: Advanced knowledge of tools such as One Identity (Safeguard), ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager), and CyberArk and OpenAM and other Ping Identity solutions. Preferred Skills: • Secure Infrastructure: Firewall administration (Palo Alto, Fortinet), IP networks, IPSEC, and access management. • Secure Applications and Incident Response: Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure systems, as well as react to security incidents. - Analytical and Management Skills • Systems Thinking for Reliability: Application of methodologies that consider technical and organizational dependencies to ensure service reliability. • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of corporate policies on security, confidentiality, document retention, and use of electronic systems.
