This role ensures the protection of guests, Heartist, visitors, and palace assets by implementing security policies, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans in line with hospitality standards. Manage overall hotel security operations including surveillance, patrols, and access control. Develop and implement safety, security, and emergency response procedures. Conduct risk assessments and investigate security incidents or violations. Lead, train, and supervise the security team. Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required. Ensure compliance with local regulations and palace safety standards. Oversee security arrangements for VIP guests, events, and conferences. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 8–10 years of security experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
