Job Description We are looking for a skilled Security Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Security Architecture, and Security Governance to drive the strategic evolution of the Customer Security Framework (CuSF) and the ESARIS (Enterprise Security Architecture for Reliable ICT Services) methodology. Your main mission will be to design and implement AI‑enabled enhancements - such as AI ChatBots and automated document analysis - that significantly increase the efficiency, usability, and adoption of CuSF and ESARIS across the organization. This role directly addresses key organizational challenges, including slow RfP and audit processing, growing efficiency demands, and decreasing internal acceptance of security frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design, build, implement and train AI‑based tools (e.g., ChatBots, automated document processing, knowledge assistants) Leading role in the AI‑driven enhancement and modernization of the Customer Security framework Improve efficiency across security architecture services to enable utilization organizational wide Optimize workflows and reduce manual workload through automation Increase the organization’s ability to use and adapt CuSF and ESARIS effectively Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI‑powered solutions Qualifications Proven track record in designing and implementing AI‑based or LLM‑based enterprise solutions Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI‑supported security solutions Experience supporting use cases e.g. customer Request for Proposal, audits, customer security questionnaires, and contracting processes Fluency in English is essential Experience in Security Management / IT Security Hands‑on experience with security architectures and industrial standards Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Additional Information German language proficiency Excellent communication capabilities; able to explain complex security concepts clearly Proactive mindset and the drive to innovate within enterprise security Ability to work efficiently in cross‑functional teams * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
