· Ensure adequate staffing, manage attendance, and process holiday requests
· Recruit and train new security officers, maintaining discipline and welfare in line with company policies
· Oversee operational delivery of security, ensuring outstanding service and compliance
· Manage performance, budgets, and supply chain partners while ensuring Health & Safety compliance
· Handle incident reporting, audits, and all legal requirements as necessary
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, tailored solutions, and growth opportunities
· Produce monthly client reports and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery
· Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high performance consistently
