ROLE SUMMARY
As the Security Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee security operations at various warehouse locations, distribution centers, retail environments, shelter spaces, residential sites, educational institutions, and various other active operations. With your exceptional leadership skills and strong operational knowledge, you will ensure our security services run smoothly and meet the highest standards. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, a proactive approach to client relations, and the ability to lead and develop security personnel.
This is a critical role in the development of our company, requiring operational knowledge, commitment to our mission, and loyalty. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their district, showing a deep understanding of security operations, while growing and leading a successful team.
You will report to the Regional Manager, Western Canada Operations Manager, and ultimately, the Director of Operations.
