Description

Manage the local companies' security needs in line with global, local and customer requirements and processes, and ensure that local Security implementations comply. Lead Crisis Management establishment and execution Ensure holistic business continuity planning for the local company and other requirments related to National authorities Manage security incidents in partnership with other units as needed, perform security incidents investigations Ensure physical security is up to required level and assessed risks Support external, internal and customer audits Manage the security Clearance process for local employees Be the Company security representative towards local authorities and other relevant bodies The candidate is expected to have Education: BSc, MSc with focus in a related field A background in a Telco, SW or Service company as Security Manager or other similar position is an asset as well as some military or law enforcement experience Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Risk Management, Audit & Assessment, Information-, Personnel- and Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Privacy, basics in security investigations A well-established professional network Understanding of the local geopolitical situation and security implications Good written and spoken English language skills, Finnish is a benefit Other professional & technical proficiencies Demonstrated experience in security management in a large, preferably multinational organization Skilled in security incident handling including investigation, root cause analysis and remediation planning Genuine interest to understand our business and to drive security improvements to match business needs. Takes ownership naturally and drives with energy, secures progress and completion of tasks Note: Security clearance including references and relevant background screening will be conducted for the final candidate.
