Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Manager to lead all safety and security operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay . Reporting to the Director of Security , you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and employees, while ensuring full compliance with local laws and Four Seasons’ global safety standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee and manage the resort’s 24/7 security operations, including access control, emergency response, surveillance, and incident reporting.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring professionalism, preparedness, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
  • Monitor and review surveillance systems and physical security infrastructure.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Support the resort’s fire life safety program, conducting regular drills, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Participate in the resort’s crisis management team and contribute to emergency planning and risk assessments.
