Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Security Manager, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing site operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring that every aspect of our service delivery meets both client expectations and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coordinate security operations across assigned sites.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site security teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security protocols.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and responsive service.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and company standards (e.g., SIA, ISO).
  • Compile and present incident reports and operational updates.
  • Provide on-the-ground support and make critical decisions in real time.
