Responsibilities

WORK YOU’LL DO

The Security Manager will serve as a key member of the Korea S1 team, providing expert security management support for a GPS client within the area of responsibility. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security strategies, managing personnel and physical security programs, and ensuring strict compliance with all security policies and procedures. The Security Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of security for Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Technical Operations (STO) environments. This role requires a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and manage security strategies in accordance with DoD and other Korean directives.
  • Oversee all aspects of personnel and physical security programs, including access control, visitor management, and security education/training.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures tailored to SAP/STO requirements.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for facilities, personnel, and operations.
  • Coordinate security program requirements and activities with relevant agencies.
  • Manage security incident response, investigations, and reporting in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, DoD, and command-level security standards, including NISPOM, ICDs, and SAP/STO policies.
