JOB SUMMARY

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures to protect the organisation’s assets, personnel, and property. This role involves developing security protocols, managing a team of security personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a security management role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
  • Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security technologies.
  • Certification in First Aid is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. This position requires a proactive approach to security management, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and visitors.
