Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Manager to join our team! Here are a few of the Principal Duties we need you to have: Responsible for Security staff hiring, training, disciplining and evaluating. May also be responsible for additional staff such as Concierge, Reception and/or other front desk staff. Responds to the emergency response system following standard operating procedure. Door unlock log, e-call log, doctor run sheets. Responsible for maintaining timely, accurate reports and logs, including, but not limited to, incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergency call logs, doctor run sheets and delivering pass-on reports to relief officers. Responsible for immediate notification of all emergencies to appropriate personnel, including, but not limited to, the Executive Director and/or Administrator, Department Heads, Supervisor and Health Center Charge Nurse Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma is preferred. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Position requires a valid Florida Driver License. Position requires a Class "D" Security License. Must have the ability to obtain a CPR/AED certification. Prefer security and transportation background.
