We are looking for a proactive, service-minded Security Manager Specialist to join our Security Excellence Center. In this key position, you will help shape global security standards, evaluate incidents, and drive risk mitigation strategies across our LEGO® operations worldwide. No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Core Responsibilities As Security Manager Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic environment where priorities and tasks shift quickly, and collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders is essential. You will combine technical expertise with creativity and enthusiasm to ensure our security practices remain world-class. More specifically, you will: Drive, develop and further innovate reporting tools that bridge security technology and information - enhancing follow-up, auditing, quality, and system health across platforms with a flair for developing solid performance and reporting tools Utilize and maintain a deep understanding of “Human Risk” or similar global risk assessment tools. Support local physical security project management in relation to global security standards. Adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities and focus areas can change on short notice. Support physical security project systems, processes, and documentation together with regional partners. Maintain a service-minded, agile, and self-driven approach to your daily responsibilities. Have great cultural understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe. Play your part in our team succeeding The Security Excellence team, the backbone of the Global Security Organization, ensures that LEGO® security infrastructure and its portfolio of systems and standards are highly reliable, relevant and well maintained. The team is the global owner of all security applications, processes, innovation, design and documentation, with team members located in Billund, Denmark and London, United Kingdom. The team consists of 10 subject matter experts and dedicated colleagues with diverse age groups, educational backgrounds, experience levels, etc. A great sense of humor, positivity and a feeling of belonging are fundamental bricks in our daily collaboration and communication. Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate has proven experience with Security Management, Physical Security Operations, Risk Assessment, Information Security or equivalent, preferably from a global commercial corporation. You have a strong understanding of the interconnection between physical and digital security. Most importantly, you bring a service-minded, positive mindset, and a willingness to try out new approaches, technologies and ideas in practice, while being a social team player with understanding of cultural differences. Furthermore, you have: Proven ability to work with structure and projects. Familiarity with global security standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements. Solid experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, being able to work effectively across diverse teams, departments, and organizational levels. Adaptability and cultural understanding, knowing when to be persistent and when to challenge the status quo. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. As a person, you communicate effectively and thrive in a team-oriented and international environment.
