Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all surveillance-related operations, including daily management of the Security Control Room, CCTV monitoring, incident response coordination, and reporting.
  • Ensuring surveillance activities are compliant with local laws, internal policies, and international best practices.
  • Training, managing, and evaluating surveillance staff to maintain high performance and adherence to professional standards.
  • Maintaining oversight of incident logs, control room dispatch protocols, and emergency alert systems to ensure operational readiness and accuracy.
  • Managing working relationships with key government entities, including Police, Civil Defence, Abu Dhabi Events Management & Security Committee, and other government security agencies.
  • Liaison during inspections, investigations, and audits conducted by external authorities. Security Department Page 2 of 2
  • Supporting internal investigations related to security incidents, and preparing formal reports and case files for submission to management and if and when needed to law enforcement or legal team. Collaborate with the Security Systems Manager and team to ensure the functionality and integrity of the surveillance system and other supporting security systems within the control room.
  • Coordinating with other Security Managers to support wider departmental objectives and ensure seamless integration across all operational areas.
  • Preparing periodic reports and incident summaries for internal use and external authorities, as required
