• Job Summary

Needing a UAE National Security Manager to ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures. A confident self-driven leader who can perform incident and emergency management as well as provide leadership and direction to security & surveillance personnel. Comfortable in communicating at all levels and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. This role will be reporting to the General Manager and will oversee the Ajman Security Operation to ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.

• About You

In order for you to be qualified on this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership hospitality security role. You will have high level of computer literacy, Access Control & CCTV Systems Management combined with excellent knowledge of UAE laws. You are required to have TSTI or NSI Security Manager Certificate (fresh candidates are welcome to apply) and good Administration skills for monthly or client reports and investigations.

• Job Descriptions

· To monitor and ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
· Extensive administrative experience, management skills and organized approach to leadership.
· To review and suggest adjustment to process based on current/future environments.
· To guide, supervise and motivate the performance of all security personnel.
· Capable decision maker and multitask, implementing analysis and critical thinking to evaluate security performance and predict issues before they arise.
· To plan and carry out regular training for security personnel.
· Brief the Security Officers daily on duties required of them. Ensure that all Security Staffs are at area of their assignment and are having the information and equipment required to do their jobs.
· Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, familiar with giving instructions and explanations.

· With strong experience and connections in Marketing the Security Services.
