Job Description Lead and manage the entire Security Department Develop and enforce hotel security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, 10002) and local regulations Supervise, train, and mentor Security Supervisors, Team Leaders, and staff Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems Conduct regular risk assessments, fire drills, and preventive maintenance of security systems Handle guest complaints, incidents, and crisis situations professionally Oversee Lost & Found procedures and maintain security records Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees Lead security initiatives during hotel openings and special events Qualifications University degree in Security, Law Enforcement, or related field Minimum 5 years in a senior security role in a 5-star hotel or similar environment Strong leadership, strategic planning, and crisis management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in guest service Additional Information What We’re Looking For A proactive leader with strong integrity and professionalism Someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment A team player who values collaboration and guest satisfaction A professional committed to continuous improvement and service excellence Job-Category: Security Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
