As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
