ABOUT THE JOB:

1st Shield Security Service is urgently looking to employ experienced and professional security guard officers to support our client at their solar construction site, to resume work immediately if qualified.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Outstanding surveillance and observation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to exercise good judgment.
• Working knowledge of public safety, security operations, and procedures.
• Looking neat and well-dressed at all times.

• Responding to on-site incidents effectively and following site procedures for escalating and resolving incidents as outlined in the Assignment Instruction.
• Where required, provide accurate descriptive/written reports using the incident report/visitors’ booklet.
• Secure the perimeter at all times.
• Control entry and exit from the premises.
• Escort any unwanted individual away from the site.
• Liaise with the police and any other agencies as required.
