Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with post orders. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or conditions that could impact operations. Assist with traffic flow, employee and visitor directions, and communication with site contacts to help support an orderly access process during normal operations and shift changes. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
