What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control duties at the location. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain an orderly flow of personnel and visitors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Complete required reports and documentation related to access control activities and incidents. Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel to provide assistance and information as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
