What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials for employees, visitors, and vendors according to site-specific procedures. Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and following site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Document and report any irregularities, security-related incidents, or hazards observed during assigned shifts. Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal protocols. Maintain detailed logs and records of access control activities and any incidents that occur during the shift. Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment within the food and beverage location. Minimum Requirements: This is primarily a driving post. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
