As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will help manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, direct visitors and drivers, and support employee check-in procedures. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site associates, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, managing visitor and contractor sign-in, and maintaining access logs. Support shipping and receiving operations by coordinating with the gate and warehouse team on truck arrivals, directing vehicle traffic as assigned, and checking trailer and seal information per site procedure. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting activity and escalating concerns through the chain of command. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, dock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
