Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity through attentive observation and documentation. Assist with visitor management processes, badging procedures, sign-in logs, package and delivery coordination, and communication with site contacts regarding access requests or security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site policies and Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, entry points, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, access, or security-related issues as needed. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
