Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon09:45 PM - 05:45 AMTue09:45 PM - 05:45 AMWed09:45 PM - 05:45 AMSat09:45 PM - 05:45 AMSun09:45 PM - 05:45 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with entry requirements at a technology-focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, review badges and/or identification, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with client policies and security-related procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including lobbies, parking areas, and restricted spaces, as working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
