As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a premium automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and help to maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, and property-related issues, and report findings per post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading and service bays, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards. Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow as needed, and assisting with visitor check-in processes per site requirements. Document patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
